Election Day is Tuesday!
Election Day is Tuesday and I am so incredibly happy to have this election finally come to a close. My wife voted by absentee ballot, she hates to stand in long lines especially since we have a toddler. Everyone should vote if they want to make their voices heard. Some people decide to not vote, which is fine but just do not complain about who the president is when you did not even want to cast your ballot for a particular presidential candidate. I hope that this election is not like the Al Gore/ George Bush election where there is a notion that the election had been stolen from Al Gore due to Florida ballot recounts. I want this election to go down well with there being a clear winner so that our country can move on from the George W. Bush eight years that have not been good or productive for our country. I have no more patience for hearing about this election after November 5th. I just want closure and I know that you all do to. I wonder what we will be talking about since for the last eighteen months we have been discussing this upcoming election.
